Using Daylicious

By using Daylicious, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Daylicious helps you collect, organize, and summarize information from connected tools (like email, calendars, task managers, and other apps) and delivers personalized reports, insights, and AI-powered assistance via text and voice. We may update or change features over time.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure and using strong, unique passwords

• Making sure the data you connect is accurate and allowed to be used by you

• Following the terms of any third-party services you connect

• Backing up your own data — we don't guarantee storage or long-term availability

• Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws

If you connect other services, you're giving us permission to access and process that data as described in our Privacy Policy. We aim to make Daylicious reliable, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly. We provide the service "as is" — without warranties of any kind.

That means we aren't responsible for:

• Data loss, corruption, or unavailability

• Downtime or service interruptions

• Errors in reports, AI-generated content, or AI-generated images

• Security breaches caused by factors outside our control

• Changes or failures in connected third-party services

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before any claim.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

Daylicious offers multiple subscription tiers:

Basic Plan ($29.99/month)

• 1,000 messages per month

• SMS & Telegram messaging

• Calendar & email integrations

• Daily summaries

• Standard response times

Premium Plan ($79.99/month)

• Unlimited messages

• Voice calls with Sunny (AI assistant)

• Image generation

• Priority responses

• All Basic features included

• SMS, Telegram & phone support

Message limits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused messages do not roll over to the next month.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through our payment processor (Polar). Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel or change your plan anytime, and changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Voice Features (Premium Only)

Premium subscribers may interact with Daylicious via voice calls to our toll-free number. By using voice features, you:

• Consent to your voice being processed in real-time by AI services (OpenAI Realtime API) and telephony services (Twilio)

• Acknowledge that conversations may be transcribed to provide service features

• Agree that voice features are for personal, lawful use only

• Understand that voice calls must originate from a phone number registered to your Daylicious account

Voice features are provided "as is" and may not be available in all regions or at all times. We reserve the right to limit or suspend voice access for abuse or excessive usage.

AI-Generated Content

Daylicious uses artificial intelligence to generate text responses, summaries, images, and voice conversations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information

• You should independently verify important information before relying on it

• AI-generated images are for personal use and may not be used for illegal purposes

• We are not responsible for decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content

• AI capabilities may change as we update our service

Security & Data

We take security seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data. However, no system is 100% secure. You're responsible for protecting your own devices and connected accounts.

If a security incident affects your data, we'll notify you as required by law and share what we know as soon as we can.

Intellectual Property

Daylicious, its software, and its content belong to Studio Yeehaw LLC. You can't copy, modify, or distribute our work without permission.

Content you create or generate using Daylicious (such as AI-generated images) is yours to use, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party terms (such as OpenAI's usage policies).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Daylicious for any illegal purpose

• Attempt to bypass subscription limits or access features you haven't paid for

• Abuse, harass, or threaten others through the service

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems

• Use voice features to make harassing, threatening, or fraudulent calls

• Generate content that violates laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When We Might End Your Access

We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse the service, or do anything that puts us or other users at risk. We can also stop offering the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Some parts of these Terms (like limits on liability) still apply after your access ends.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration, except you may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we'll let you know through the service or by email. If you keep using Daylicious after updates, that means you accept the changes.
